Job Description
1) Should be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
2) Should be able to use Computer efficiently-
- Should have expertise in Microsoft office ( Power point , Excel , word etc )
- Expertise in working on CATIA software
- Should have good knowledge of UG-NX
- Should be able to read all engineering drawings.
- Should be able to create drawings form samples or concepts.
- Should have good analytical and mathematical abilities.
6) Knowledge of Embossed sheet metal behavior in press tool working
7) Should be able to draw Free Body Diagrams ( and further force analysis ) for static and dynamic conditions.
8) Good knowledge of Applied Mechanics and Strength of Materials.
9) Good knowledge of materials and its applications. Good knowledge of material standards.
10) Good knowledge of the material’s heat treatment.
11) Good knowledge of LIMITS , FITS and TOLERANCES.
12) Good knowledge of intrinsic properties of sheet metals ( MS , SS , AL )
13) Good knowledge of all machining processes including CNC
14) Knowledge of FEA ( Finite Element Analysis ) and FEM ( Finite Element Methods ) Additional Requirements
A) Good knowledge of Heat Transfer-
- Modes of heat transfer
- Materials and it’s properties related to heat transfer
C)Knowledge of FEA software like ANSYS , NASTRAN etc-
- Able to read and analyze Post Processing results
- Meshing
- Pre-Processing
E) Knowledge of press tool processes , Welding
