Develop and design products, equipment, and tools to be able to produce a product that meets high-quality requirements and performance standards. Analyses equipment specifications and process requirements to conceive a practical design. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes CAD (Computer Aided Design) systems to model new designs and produce detailed engineering drawings.
• Preparation of data related to design for new products flexibility products.
• Reviews product development requirements for compatibility with methods to determine cost and schedules.
• Responsible for handing over methods/processes and equipment to production.
• Specifies precise new product functional requirements; designs, tests, and integrates components to produce final designs; and evaluates the designs' overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety.
• Designs, develops, executes, and evaluates fitness-for-use testing, product specifications, and process validation plans; creates and reviews material part specifications and bills of materials.
• Design Develop Fixtures gauges required for seamless production of a job.
• Have good Knowledge about Designing of Press Tools
• Have good knowledge of CAM (Computer Aided Machining)
• Have thorough knowledge of GDT
• Collaborates with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, and designers across the globe.
• Ensures compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
