Job Description

Role & responsibilities Mission:
Define and industrialize the product model in factories allowing the cured model to meet the tire CdC (product and Industrial performances, cost, and lead time) which will satisfy internal/external customer needs while respecting the Design rules, applying the best practices and complying to the company's quality system.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Co-conceive the cured model during the new development or Mass production product development phase. The Manufacturing Feasibility Assessment must be considered.
• Lead the Quality planning for his/her Project or affair.
• Make the local factories' studies adapted to the plant process, respecting the product and industrial performance, cost and timing, standardization, and design rules.
• Create the technical quality dossiers and make them available to the production shop.
• Follow, analyse, and write a summary report (industrial feasibility) for prototype and Pre-launch product builds.
• Industrialize the models adapted to the plan process, to achieve the industrial robustness (LI), in respect of the product CdC (product and Industrial performances, cost and lead time) and technical references given by the technical team.
• Provide assistance to the manufacturing plants for Mass Production concerning model evolution following Quality issues, product/process adequation.
• Capitalize on experience and knowledge to identify and validate best practices which are necessary to evolve the mtier in competencies, tools, and method.

• A university degree (BE/ME) in Engineering with 0-5 years of professional experience.
• Good understanding of Engineering mechanics, strength of materials and CAD/CAM with exposure to tools like Catia, MATLAB, etc.
• Good understanding of quality planning and risk analysis.
• Strong communication skills, oral, written, and presentation with organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
• Strong personal and professional values and integrity.
• Must be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
