Qualification: Diploma/Graduate/Post-graduate
Experience: Minimum 4yrs and more than 4yrs
Candidate should be a minimum of 4 years of experience in STAMPING for BIW parts.
Die design in 3d catia
Process Plan/method plan
Blank development / Nesting.
Stamping feasibility / FCR
Exposure in stamping Formability.
Estimation of die sizes/welding fix/checking fixture
Good exposure in Plate type/casting die construction
Hands-on experience on Catia / FTI / Auto cad / Excel
More preferable candidates are PG in tooling background.
Note: Candidates having relevant experience of fewer than 4 yrs do not apply to this position.
