Job Description
Human Power Services is hiring skilled VMC Operators for an opportunity in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates should have hands-on experience in VMC machine setup and operation, CNC programming, and precision machining.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines.
• Understand CNC programming, G-codes, and M-codes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Select and use appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining operations and ensure component quality.
• Perform dimensional inspections using suitable measuring instruments.
• Follow quality control procedures, 5S practices, Kaizen principles, and workplace safety standards.
• Identify machining issues and support troubleshooting activities.
