Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience on Interior Trim Components, Hard trim (Pillar Trim, Scuff Plates, Quarter trim and Lift gate) and soft Trim (Headliner, Floor carpet, Trunk trims) Good experience in analyzing the styling data and mounting concept creation. Strong knowledge in Plastics, Plastic Material selection, molding, etc. CAD Software: CATIA / UG NX with the ability to position and manipulate models, as well as cut sections, dimension and conceptualize designs. Candidates expected from passenger Car industry.

Quality Engineer: In-process /Final Inspection with 1 to 5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor the in-process/final inspection activities and implement quality management systems in the plant.

Reporting to Quality Manager.

Job Description :

1) Monitor the in-process/final inspection and report deviation.

2) Rejection analysis and reporting

3) Documentation of quality systems.

4) Coordination with the production department to improve quality and control rejection.

5) Testing and reporting

6) Monitor the day-to-day delivery schedule and do the compliance

7) Training of quality inspectors.
