Scope of Work:

PRIMARY

To oversee all Quality assurance and Quality control activities for the project covering Design/ Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Inspection/ Testing and Commissioning phases Responsible for advising and guiding project line management on all Quality and verification activities and related technical matters Responsible for Establishment, implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System for projects in accordance with applicable standard Responsible for Identification, allocation of quality resources and implement Quality training for all project personnel and overseeing all personnel understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures Management of Non conformity process, Implement corrective and Preventive action & monitor its effectiveness

FUNCTIONALLY

Leading Quality Audit (Internal and external) and manage multi-discipline QA/ QC teams Conduct Project Quality System review meeting regularly with project team

TECHNICAL

Should have experience in Quality Management in EPC phases of oil and gas projects.

Should have experience for working with international clients in India or abroad. Should be an IRCA qualified QMS Lead Auditor. Should have worked as a "Project Quality Manager for mega sized Oil and Gas projects. Should be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil and gas industries.

• Role & Responsibilities: Design, program, and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS) for HVAC applications. Prepare engineering drawings, documentation, and control packages. Perform quality checks, support project execution, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely delivery.

  Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering with 4–7 years of BAS/HVAC Controls experience. Knowledge of BMS, HVAC equipment, and control systems.

• Take active part in SKF Production System (SPS) deployment. Conduct L1 meeting and record all the inputs of L1 meeting.
• Review Maintenance Cockpit, CMMS, DDM and allocate tasks to shift team.
• Carry out unplanned corrective maintenance (UCM) & other improvement tasks such as spare parts repair, unsafe condition closure, leakage rectification kaizen closure etc. through CMMS.
• Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for breakdowns greater than 01hour and repetitive breakdowns.
• Perform BDE for breakdowns greater than 04 hours.
• Perform Planned maintenance activities (MM/CBM/TBM) on machines.
• Support to manufacturing team for quality and process improvement projects.
• Maintain history of machine breakdowns, shift log and other shift management documents.
• Perform spare parts management to ensure spare part availability.
• Support maintenance planner to execute maintenance program such as MM, PM. Lead and execute PM during the shift.
• Review DDM system. Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions/unsafe acts/abnormality tags (Red tags) and all type of leakages [SAFAL tags] and wastes.
• Propagate energy awareness amongst teams and carry out energy conservation projects.
• Support to EHS activities.
• Ensure 5S in the workshops.
• Perform shift changeover and communicate pending work to next shift.
• Escalate urgent matters to concern superior.
• Develop training plan for multiskilling of candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To Achieve Schedule Production Plan Provided by PPC.
• Maintain and update Production Realated Document Like Daily Production Report , Monthly Production Report, Production Summry, Dieunloading report.
• To Knowledge of the Machine Parameter Setting.
• To Prepare Monthly Rework & rejection Data
• Process Inspection as per Inspection Standards .
• Troubleshooting of day to day Problem in Production Line.
• Insure Proper Material Handling , House keeping & Daily M/ c Maintenance.
• Knowledge of temp measuring instrument & measuring instrument.
• To make Material available at the machine as per production Plan in advance. Motivation Of Manpower to Achieve Target and Improve Quality.
• Reduce the Rejection With the help of Proper Working Process. Maintain Discipline in the Shopfloor by 5S.

• Design of Parts Assembly in Wheels Brakes Function. The candidate shall be able to :
• Prepare design input sheet considering quality characteristics of the system and product from TQT HOQ.
• Prepare CAD model using design guidelines.
• Optimize for part commonization, part count.
• Verify design for DFX- design for assy, mfg, cost reliability.
• Conduct functional design review for a part/sub system using check lists and provide feedback.
• Identify quality, cost and weight gap against targets.
• Use simulation techniques to identify the failure modes and take corrective action.
• Conduct packaging and interfacing checks.
• Understand the interaction between different systems of Two wheelers.
• Verify the design against known failure modes, past product problems , DFMEA, DFM, DFA requirements.
• Understand empherical relationship between quality characteristics and multiple part characteristics/process parameters.
• Incorporate special characteristics derived from AQ MBQ.
• Understand best in class products/subsystems and technology involved.
• Prepare drawings and release for manufacturing.
• Choose appropriate materials for given functions and applications. Understand rationale for choosing a particular material for given parts.
