Role & responsibilities

• Understanding Design documents and going through all - P&Id, Processes
• Contribution to making control philosophy, Operational Philosophy, and other standard documents required before starting the plant.
• Preparation of SOP, work instructions (WI)
• Preparation of safety documents like Hazor, and HIRA study.
• Preparing documents of wash water reuse, powder reuse, and other quality-related documents.
• Ordering of materials required in production sample trolly, sampler, QK-20, cleaning system, flexible pipe, and other tools required in processing, RMG, and QA Lab.
• Verification of field Equipment installation as per P&ID.
• Coordination with Egg. team, Field round to ensure no fouling and proper clearance for normal operation.
• Making documents related to the working of critical equipment to impart training to freshers.
• Supporting Engg team in Hot loop and cold loop testing
• Ensuring proper housekeeping in each block before the start-up of the block.
• Helping in hydro testing and ensuring no traces of water inside the pipeline
• Raw Material flushing inside the pipeline and taking quality approval.
• Ensuring Proper cleaning of all process and storage equipment and packing line before start of production.
• Stabilization of FG and RM QA lab.
• Training related to SAP, MES and DCS.

HEMA Industries is looking for an experienced and skilled CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for CNC drilling machines and CNC lathes. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of G-code programming, machining operations, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate and efficient production.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CNC programs for CNC drilling machines and CNC lathes.

• Write, edit, and optimize G-code programs according to component specifications.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

• Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and operating sequences.

• Set machining parameters to achieve the required accuracy and surface finish.

• Coordinate with CNC machine operators to ensure smooth production.

• Identify and troubleshoot programming or machining errors.

• Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and reduce material waste.

• Ensure components meet quality standards and technical specifications.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain proper documentation

Required Skills

• CNC Programming for drilling machines and CNC lathes.

• G-code Programming.

• Knowledge of CNC machining operations.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Understanding of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters.

• Knowledge of dimensional inspection and quality standards.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

• 1–6 years of relevant CNC programming experience.

• Practical knowledge of CNC drilling machines and CNC lathes.

• Ability to understand component drawings and develop suitable machining programs.
