Boilers, Heavy/Medium fabrication in pressure vessel, Heat, Exchanger, Boiler, Piping

• Experienced working in a pressure vessel/heat exchangers fabrication industry as a QA/QC Engineer
• Existing Supplier Quality Issue, New supplier Development
• Knowledge of ASME Code / Specification / Other client Requirements. Knowledge of Heavy Fabrication Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Piping Parts.
• ISO-QMS documents preparations
• Non-Destructive methods Level 2 in UT, LPT, RT Qualified by ASNT certificate Preferred
• Application experience of Kaizen and 6 sigma techniques preferable.
• Evaluating All Non-Conformity Implementing remedial actions. QA/QC Audit, Quality Certification Audit, Customer Audit.
• AWS or CSWIP 3.1 certified candidates are preferred

• Operate production line.
• Assemble goods on the production department.
• Sorting & packaging of products.
• Their duties include using precision tools, inspecting parts, attaining production goals, maintaining the workplace clean and safe, and reducing errors.
• Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output.
•  
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications.
•  
• Production Planning: Collaborate with production planning and scheduling teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, on-time deliveries, and minimal downtime.
•  
• Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal disruptions. Schedule regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
•  
• Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements, resource optimization, and waste reduction initiatives.
•  
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production processes adhere to safety regulations and guidelines. Implement safety measures to minimize accidents and injuries.
•  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, process changes, and equipment maintenance. Generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
•  
• Training: Provide training and guidance to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

• 3D finish of BIW fixtures,2D detailing of BIW fixtures
• Exposure to Quality check and Concepts,Good experience in any of the design softwares CATIA V5, NX
• Should be well versed European / Tier-1 BIW Fixture design Standards like Daimler Standards, Volvo Standards, BMW Standards, VW Standards etc.
• Expertise in leading product development planning and process flow from conceptualization to product launch in the Automotive/Construction Equipment area.
• You have a good understanding of the Software roadmaps, EE architecture.
• Experience in using system engineering methods for defining requirements and conducting system-level Risk analyses using Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Proficient knowledge in risk identification and risk reduction using PHA/FMEA techniques.
• Knowledge of local and global certification/standard/regulations requirements will be an added advantage
• To coach and develop the team and individual team members within EES in System Engineering.
• Expert in existing diagnostic protocols, Has Knowledge of upcoming diagnostics protocols.
• Strong knowledge of application features offered in construction industry in the market, able to propose new features or improvements to existing features
• Adept in analyzing large set of data from field testing to draw trends, generate statistical models and inferences, and diagnose/prevent field performance loss / failures.
• Able to support in building Proof of concepts with Software Development team for various advanced engineering ideas.
