Role & responsibilities

• Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty)
• Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
• Carry out product and process auditing,
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Male, DME / BE- Mech, 1+ years of experience in quality in the auto industry.

1. Developing and implementing quality standards for various products and services.

2. Developing and implementing quality control systems.

3. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.

4. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met, working with the production and technical team.

5. Collaborating with the project, lifecycle, Sales, and other key managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.

6. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.

7. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.

8. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.

9. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.

Requirements:

1. Degree in quality, industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering.

2. Any quality management certification preferred.

3. 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent project management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Overall responsibility of managing customer inspections, TPI, expeditors, project planning and co-ordination, documentation, getting dispatch clearance, maintaining quality standards and procedures in the firm, managing audits by independent agencies and customers, maintaining WPS PQR, all calibrations and testing, preparing QAP, procedures and other quality related documentation and getting them approved by the customer. Experience with EIL projects highly recommended.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 1-6 years experience in managing QA / QC activities in pressure vessel industry. Very high self motivation and good leadership skills. Ability to manage and guide the team, manage customers, inspectors. Co-ordinate with customers for communicating delivery schedules, co-ordinate with suppliers for quality and timely material delivery. Experience in working with customers like NPCIL, EIL, HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, BHEL, NTPC, BV, TUV, etc. Established relationships with various third party inspectors. Strong knowledge of ASME codes and standards with can do attitude

• Work with our developers, delivery leads, Architecture teams, to deliver high-quality software in a continuous delivery environment (We have the ability to release several times a day, depending on the application)

Skills Experience:

• 3 to 5 years experience in a relevant quality engineering role
• Experience using common automated testing tools like Protractor, Selenium WebDriver, Webdriver.io
• Experience in API testing tools like RestAssured or similar
• Solid programming/ coding experience with languages like Javascript, Java, Python or similar
• Knowledge of Testing Frameworks and Test Design Patterns like BDD, TDD, Page Objects etc
• Experience with source control tools 
• An excellent understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Experience working with Agile methodology could be scrum, Kanban or a combination of both

• Executes Material Flow projects covering warehouse planning, material replenishment, inventory management, material presentation, containing planning and design activities.
• Works in alignment with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Management to define optimal line side quantity and lead implementation of preferred material replenishment strategies to support continuous improvement in material availability at point of use.
• Identifies, analyzes, and impBachelor s Degree in mechanical engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering with 5 years of experience in Material Handling Design PFEP, Material Flow design and Static Simulation, Logistics process design and equipment, Kitting and Sequencing Knowledge, Material Presentation, Dock analysis, Storage Analysis, Workplace Integration, Station layout, Kitting Cell Design, Workstation layouts in 2D / 3D. lements improvement ideas related to productivity, efficiency, time and quality.
• Participates and contributes in smart material flow solution initiatives.
• Work on Warehouse operations as well as Warehouse planning and design activities
• To Work on Inventory Management, Replenishment strategies, Container planning and design.

• Author builds a Structural assemblies, Systems, and Payloads.
• Create an Installation plan in CAPP/MES and Author work instructions.
• Lead the implementation of Standard works in assembly operations.
• Ensure the prevailing Installation plans are audited and meet the defined standards.
• Continuously review the existing assembly process and drive process improvements
• Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem-solving.Assist in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
• Supports the development, identification, and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• 5+ years of related work experience in the Engery. Experience with Commercial aircraft platforms is desirable.
• Experience with  Manufacturing, Fabrication, Assembly Processes and Technologies.
• Experience with the creation of manufacturing planning and authoring assembly work instructions.
• General Drawing Interpretation & GD&T knowledge.
• Knowledge of Aerospace Materials and Processes.
• Aware of manufacturing execution systems like CAPP/MES, and IPDM..
• Working knowledge of CATIA/NX Modelling software.

• Candidate will be a part of Hardware Design Team in Embedded Center of Excellence (ECoE) Group and will be responsible for Electronic Product Design for various Business Units.

Responsibilities:

• Positions main responsibility would be to enhance existing and/or develop new hardware designs/technology that enables the launch of new products.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams, and act as the liaison for program activities as appropriate.
• Provide technical solutions to customer problems
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality levels are met

• Extensive experience of full Hardware development life cycle including requirements management, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing in Electrical / Industrial applications.

• Should have expertise in developing high speed mixed signals circuits.
• 16/32 bit micro-controllers and high speed peripherals based designs.
• Sound experience of linear / Switched Mode Power Supplies
• Hands on experience on various Communication protocols like RS232, USB, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, etc
• Hands on experience in defining the system / subsystem specifications, designing the architecture and requirements for complex systems.
• Sound experience on simulation tools like PSpice, LTSpice, Model Sim, etc.
• Strong knowledge of EMI / EMC certification and environmental compliances - UL /IEC /RoHS /REACH etc.
• Experience collaborating with local / global suppliers for prototype developments, external labs for testing etc.
• Good knowledge on PCB design guidelines for SI, high speed design & EMI/EMC.
• Sound leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
