• Bachelor of Engineering (Any Stream)
• 3-7 years experience in a quality engineering or applications engineering role
• Demonstrated Quality Mindset – e.g., understands impact of quality to the customer, understands the impact of various process elements on overall product quality, passion for quality
• Approaches work with process rigor and discipline – process oriented, applies the scientific method, experience developing and implements SOPs, uses data to drive decisions and solve problems using Quality Architectures/control plan.
• Strong quality engineering skill set – e.g., experience with Statistical Software package such as MiniTab or SAS, experience applying structured process improvement methods such as DMAIC, , DESGN, LEAN, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience working in a matrix environment, and demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience with system audits – e.g., familiarity w/ ISO 9000 or TL9000 requirements, experience as a business process auditor, etc.
