Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Supplier Quality professional to support supplier quality management, supplier audits, process improvement, and quality assurance activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct system, process, and environmental audits at supplier end.
Independently lead regular quality issues with suppliers.
Recover corrective actions from suppliers.
Be responsible for supplier improvement activities.
Perform 8D activities during APQP for new projects.
Be responsible for monitoring and improving supplier quality.
Conduct supplier improvement activities as part of quality assurance.
Conduct PPAP audits independently at supplier premises.

Knowledge Required

Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, plastic moulding, pressing, heat treatment, surface treatment, and sheet metal.
Knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
Knowledge of process capabilities and the ability to read engineering drawings, including GD&T.
