Job Description
We are hiring Quality Engineers and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) at Sydler Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC).
• Identify quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and 8D problem-solving activities.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
• Support process quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Assist with customer audits and other quality-related activities.
