Quality Engineer - Exp. 2-3 yrs - Pune

Job Description

• Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential Project and C&I Projects.
• Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and
• Safety Process.
  Education - B.Tech/BE (Mech/Elec/Civil)
  Relevant professional experience - 2 to 3 years ( only rooftop solar )
  
• Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.
• Preparation of Quality observation report in residential Projects and C&I Projects
• On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all Technical aspects of Projects.
• Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection
• Follow-up and updating closure reports.
• Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.
• Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding
• Communicate with O&M and Execution team.
• Regularly inspect equipment.
• RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification
• Solar Product inspection is Advantage.
• Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports
