Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- 1- 5 Year experience in quality department SS & CS Fabrication
- Knowledge of handling structural fabricated load-bearing members for the Material Handling industry.
- Knowledge of the Preparation of Quality Documents like, Stage inspection Reports etc.
- Basic Knowledge Of selection as Consumables.
- Knowledge of WPS, PQR & WPQ and relevant welding process.
- Handling Third part inspection like TUV & prepare documents like (Material Heat Chart, NDT (Non- Destructive Testing) reports,
- Material Identification Report, Final Dimension Reports, Hydro Test Reports, Pneumatic Test Reports,) as per QAP requirement.
- Quality checking for welding works like DP Test.
- Day to day planning, scheduling, material reconciliation.
- Customer Handling at site
- Sub Contractor Handling
- Knowledge of relevant IS Code
- Safety & Quality Compliance
- Ensuring Statutory compliances of all areas.
- Record keeping, drawing issues, quantity survey, resource quantification, Timely mobilization & Demobilization.
