Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1- 5 Year experience in quality department SS & CS Fabrication
Knowledge of handling structural fabricated load bearing members for Material Handling industry.
Knowledge of the Preparation of Quality Documents like, Stage inspection Reports etc.
Basic Knowledge Of selection as Consumables.
Knowledge of WPS, PQR & WPQ and relevant welding process.
Handling Third part inspection like TUV & prepare documents like (Material Heat Chart, NDT (Non- Destructive Testing) reports,
Material Identification Report, Final Dimension Reports, Hydro Test Reports, Pneumatic Test Reports,) as per QAP requirement.
Quality checking for welding works like DP Test.
Day to day planning, scheduling, material reconciliation.
Customer Handling at site
Sub Contractor Handling
Knowledge of relevant IS Code
Safety & Quality Compliance
Ensuring Statutory compliances of all areas.
Record keeping, drawing issues, quantity survey, resource quantification, Timely mobilization & Demobilization.
