 Retail Design Engineer – Retail Fixture Industry Experience MandatoryAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Retail Design Engineer with proven hands-on experience in the retail fixture and display industry. Candidates must have practical experience designing retail fixtures, display units, counters, and store furniture using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Candidates from general mechanical, automotive, machine design, or other unrelated industries without retail fixture design experience will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop 3D models and 2D production drawings for retail fixtures, displays, counters, and store furniture.Prepare accurate manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and material specifications.Work with materials such as sheet metal, plywood, MDF, glass, acrylic, and hardware.Apply DFM principles and ensure designs are suitable for fabrication and production.Coordinate with Production, Estimation, and Project teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues.Support prototype development and ensure drawing accuracy and production readiness.Mandatory RequirementsRelevant experience in the retail fixture, retail display, or shopfitting industry is compulsory.Hands-on proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Practical experience in designing retail displays, gondolas, counters, kiosks, shelving systems, or store furniture.Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, hardware selection, and manufacturing drawings.Ability to independently develop production-ready designs and BOMs.Important: Please apply only if you have direct experience in retail fixture/display design. Position summary
The QC Inspector will handle incoming inspection, dimensional measurement, engineering drawing review and mechanical inspection activities, including inspection of imported cutting inserts and component-related items. The role suits candidates with 1-2 years of experience from aerospace, oil & gas or precision manufacturing backgrounds.
 
Key responsibilities
·         Perform incoming inspection of materials, bought-out parts and imported cutting inserts.
·         Conduct dimensional and visual inspection using standard measuring instruments.
·         Read engineering drawings and verify tolerances, dimensions and specifications.
·         Support first-off, in-process and final inspection where required.
·         Maintain inspection records in ERP, QMS or approved documentation formats.
·         Coordinate with stores, purchase, production and quality teams on non-conforming items.
·         Ensure traceability, segregation and quality compliance.

Compensation and work conditions
·         Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and hands-on capability.
·         Shift: 8 hours.
·         Overtime: Paid OT.
·         Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation available with ₹500 per month deduction.
