 ANI Integrated Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join its project team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial manufacturing plants, mechanical equipment installation, and site execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical engineering activities and site execution.Supervise mechanical equipment installation, erection, inspection, and commissioning.Coordinate industrial machinery, piping, plant utilities, and mechanical systems.Work closely with project teams, contractors, vendors, and other departments.Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.Monitor project schedules and support timely execution.Resolve site-related mechanical issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:Lead electrical, mechanical, utilities and facility maintenance operations.Drive preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.Ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.Manage critical utilities, including HVAC, compressed air, boilers, DG, electrical and water systems.Handle maintenance of nutraceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.Lead CAPEX, equipment installation, commissioning and plant expansion projects.Manage engineering teams, contractors and vendors.Ensure EHS, GMP, quality and statutory compliance.Ideal Candidate:An experienced engineering leader with a strong background in nutraceuticals, food, FMCG, pharmaceuticals or similar manufacturing industries, specializing in plant maintenance, utilities and project execution.

• Hands on - Breakdown Maintenance of machines (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic)
• Hands on - Preventive Maintenance - Plan & action
• Hands on - Operation & Maintenance of DG sets, Air Compressor, WTP plant, ext.
• Machine installation / shifting activities.
• Maintain Spares MSL & manage inventory
• Kaizen, Improvement activities.

Required qualifications, skills, and experiences:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering with 1 to 7 years of experience.
• Day to day breakdown maintenance: Should conversant in Mechanical-Hydraulic-Pneumatic system; experience in CNC Shearing & Bending machines, Oven, Cranes, gear boxes, machines-motors-pumps assembly, hydraulic fault-finding ext.
• Planning & execution of Preventive maintenance of production machines & utilities, maintain Spares MSL.
• Conversant in machine shifting, new machine installation (planning & execution) & layout preparation.
• Should versatile in operation & maintenance of DG set, Screw compressor & water treatment plants.
• Working of IMS documents will be added advantage.
• Strong team player & able to handle the team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
