 Lochan & Co. is urgently hiring an MEP Engineer for Design & Construction Support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP design coordination, technical drawing reviews, BOQ preparation, and construction-site execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate MEP design activities, technical drawing reviews, and project planning.• Review MEP drawings, SLDs, BOQs, technical specifications, and design calculations.• Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.• Support MEP design development and resolve technical issues.• Supervise construction-site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning.• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimates, material requirements, and project documentation.• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and MEP execution progress.

 Responsibilities:Design and develop creative CAD solutions using Creo and Creo Toolkit.Develop and customize CAD applications and engineering tools.Work with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.Apply strong Mechanical Engineering and CAD fundamentals to solve engineering problems.Ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering best practices.Troubleshoot and improve existing CAD applications and workflows.Collaborate with engineering and development teams on project deliverables.Required Skills:3–5 years of professional experience in CAD application development.Strong working knowledge of Creo / Creo Toolkit.Good understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.Knowledge of programming/coding for CAD application development.Experience working with CAD applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Passion for technology and engineering solutions.
