Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant Customer Service Experience
• Should have a BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
• Should have knowledge on statutory rules and regulation regarding minimum wages/ PF/ ESI/ Leave of central Govt. as well as State Govt.
• Should have knowledge on submitting E tender and participation on reverse auction of Govt tenders.
• In depth knowledge on AC&R/ Electrical Service Industry or Facility management Companies in Delhi & NCR Territory will be preferred

• Keep the machine running and solve/ fix the machine problem to daily support production.
• To attend CNC machines for all types of breakdowns, inhouse repairs of FANUC System cards, Control
• General problem analysis with electrical/mechanical knowledge and report the machine problem to the engineer/ team leader.
• Related tasks are implemented on time and with high efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain preventive maintenance system and supervision of implementation.
• Define preventive maintenance plans/tasks for the team and report the TPM result.
• Create TPM maintenance working instructions for each piece of equipment.
• Approve the tools/ fixtures Provide support and guidance to technicians during maintenance.
• Typical equipment fault analysis and solution, problem shooting with hydraulic, Program Logic Controller (PLC), Numeric Control (NC) know-how.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians in diagnosing root causes of breakdowns and stoppages.
• Analyze breakdowns to eliminate reoccurrence.

• Role & Responsibilities

  Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor machine performance, perform root cause analysis, manage spare parts, support quality and process improvement projects, ensure 5S, safety, energy conservation, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and maintenance planning.

  Experience & Qualification

  Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  2–5 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering or Manufacturing.
  Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance, CMMS, RCA, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, spare parts management, and EHS practices.

Required qualifications, skills, and experiences:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering with 1 to 7 years of experience.
• Day to day breakdown maintenance: Should conversant in Mechanical-Hydraulic-Pneumatic system; experience in CNC Shearing & Bending machines, Oven, Cranes, gear boxes, machines-motors-pumps assembly, hydraulic fault-finding ext.
• Planning & execution of Preventive maintenance of production machines & utilities, maintain Spares MSL.
• Conversant in machine shifting, new machine installation (planning & execution) & layout preparation.
• Should versatile in operation & maintenance of DG set, Screw compressor & water treatment plants.
• Working of IMS documents will be added advantage.
• Strong team player & able to handle the team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Role & Responsibilities

  Manage electrical power systems, protection relays, load planning, and switchyard operations. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of HT/LT motors, panels, transformers, capacitors, and electrical equipment. Ensure safe installation, electrical compliance, LOTO implementation, and reliable operation of power distribution systems.

  Experience & Qualification

  Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  3–8 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance or Power Systems.
