- Candidate should a Bachelors degree or Equivalent in an accredited Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Automobile with 2-5 years Experience in Virtual Build and Virtual Design Review and Audit ( VB VDRA ) - Good Understanding of Manufacturing/Engineering systems / Drawings. Critical Competencies - Accountability, Communication Skills (Written/Oral). -Good understanding of Caterpillars products, systems, and procedures; to learn and develop Projects will usually be Virtual Audit, Virtual Build of Engine and systems. - Previous experience in Engine manufacturing process, application and installation, product performance/support. -Work experiences in PRO/E, Vis mockup are preferred. Prior working experience in Virtual build, VDRA Projects in Caterpillar are preferred Strong fundamental understanding of Engine, Power train and its systems Engine OEM/ Shop floor experiences preferred

Role & Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using PTC Creo, including sheet metal, piping, cabling, surfacing, and welded structures. Create engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation, manage product lifecycle data in PLM and SAP, support change management, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and ensure designs meet manufacturing, quality, and industry standards. Experience & Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in Mechanical Design or Product Development. Proficiency in PTC Creo, PLM (Windchill), SAP, DOORS, sheet metal, welded structures, mechanical integration, BOM management, and manufacturing processes.
