The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting inspections, identifying non-conformities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer and industry standards.Key responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings and specifications, performing in-process and final inspections, preparing quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements. Roles & Responsibilities of CAE Engineer Responsible for handling all types Static Structural Analysis, Linear, Non linear, Modal , Harmonic, Fatigue, Durability, Thermal Analysis Identify potential critical challenges and failure modes including collaborating with other engineering teams to identify risks. Understand the project scope and able to calculate the loads & constraints and perform the FEA Make recommendations to the design to improve their functional performance and reliability. Work with test engineers to develop/conduct FEA simulations to verify appropriateness of test methods. Prepare technical CAE reports of results. Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant Customer Service Experience
• Should have a BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
• Should have knowledge on statutory rules and regulation regarding minimum wages/ PF/ ESI/ Leave of central Govt. as well as State Govt.
• Should have knowledge on submitting E tender and participation on reverse auction of Govt tenders.
• In depth knowledge on AC&R/ Electrical Service Industry or Facility management Companies in Delhi & NCR Territory will be preferred

Maintain accurate records of inspection results and generate reports as required. Quality Testing: Conduct various quality tests on aluminum products, including but not limited to hardness, tensile strength, and chemical composition analysis. Operate testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of quality control activities, test results, and any quality-related incidents. Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance practices and standards across the organization.
