Key Responsibilities:Lead electrical, mechanical, utilities and facility maintenance operations.Drive preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.Ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.Manage critical utilities, including HVAC, compressed air, boilers, DG, electrical and water systems.Handle maintenance of nutraceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.Lead CAPEX, equipment installation, commissioning and plant expansion projects.Manage engineering teams, contractors and vendors.Ensure EHS, GMP, quality and statutory compliance.Ideal Candidate:An experienced engineering leader with a strong background in nutraceuticals, food, FMCG, pharmaceuticals or similar manufacturing industries, specializing in plant maintenance, utilities and project execution.

 Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities for industrial equipment and engineering projects.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.Prepare and analyze quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, and cost estimates.Coordinate with engineering, production, project execution, and stores teams.Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, mechanical components, fabrication items, and engineering equipment.Monitor vendor performance, product quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with specifications.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective procurement strategies.Required Technical SkillsERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.Technical costing and cost estimation.Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings and engineering specifications.Knowledge of mechanical components, industrial equipment, and product applications.Familiarity with CFS (Cold Forming Systems) and rolling mill equipment.Vendor management, purchase order processing, and procurement documentation.Preferred Industry ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following industries:Pharmaceutical equipmentFood processing equipmentMining equipmentOil and gas / chemical process equipmentIndustrial automation
