The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP design coordination, technical drawing reviews, BOQ preparation, and construction-site execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate MEP design activities, technical drawing reviews, and project planning.• Review MEP drawings, SLDs, BOQs, technical specifications, and design calculations.• Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.• Support MEP design development and resolve technical issues.• Supervise construction-site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning.• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimates, material requirements, and project documentation.• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and MEP execution progress.
