Role & Responsibilities

• Assist QMD Head (Site) in preparing Method Statements for various site activities and share approved documents with project team members.
• Coordinate with execution teams and other departments as per defined daily, weekly, and monthly execution plans.
• Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring and testing equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities related to materials, construction activities, and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate timely closure and disposal of non-conformities.
• Support periodic quality reviews with Project Manager and QMD In-charge through analysis of quality parameters.
• Assist in conducting ISO and customer audits at project sites.
• Perform receipt inspection of materials, equipment, and project items received at site.
• Support resolution of quality issues raised by clients, authorities, and internal project teams.
• Prepare MIS reports, analyze quality data, identify improvement areas, and coordinate with section heads for corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) as per approved procedures.
• Provide work clearance after completion of pre-checks and post-checks to ensure quality compliance.

Experience & Qualification

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Quality Engineering/QC in construction projects.
• Experience in High Rise Residential Building Projects with Mivan construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of Method Statements, ITP, ISO audits, material inspection, calibration, NCR handling, root cause analysis, and quality documentation.

Raw Material Inspection:

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials such as aluminum scrap, alloys, and other materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document and report any deviations or non-conformities and work with the procurement team to resolve issues.

Process Control:

• Monitor and control the production processes involved in aluminum recycling, ensuring that they are executed according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize quality.

Finished Product Inspection: 

• Perform comprehensive inspections on finished aluminum products to verify quality and conformity to customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and generate reports as required.

Quality Testing: 

• Conduct various quality tests on aluminum products, including but not limited to hardness, tensile strength, and chemical composition analysis.
• Operate testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain meticulous records of quality control activities, test results, and any quality-related incidents.
• Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality assurance practices and standards across the organization.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues

Qualifications & Skills:

• Should have knowledge on submitting E tender and participation on reverse auction of Govt tenders.
• In depth knowledge on AC&R/ Electrical Service Industry or Facility management Companies in Delhi & NCR Territory will be preferred

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve sales & collection targets and collect market information in his assigned area.

Mission:
Define and industrialize the product model in factories allowing the cured model to meet the tire CdC (product and Industrial performances, cost, and lead time) which will satisfy internal/external customer needs while respecting the Design rules, applying the best practices and complying with to the company's quality system.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Co-conceive the cured model during the new development or Mass production product development phase. The Manufacturing Feasibility Assessment must be considered.
• Lead the Quality planning for his/her Project or affair.
• Make the local factories' studies adapted to the plant process, respecting the product and industrial performance, cost and timing, standardization and design rules.
• Create the technical quality dossiers and make them available to the production shop.
• Follow, analyze, and write a summary report (industrial feasibility) for prototype and Pre-launch product builds.
• Industrialize the models adapted to the planning process, to achieve industrial robustness (LI), in respect of the product CdC (product and Industrial performances, cost, and lead time) and technical references given by the technical team.
• Provide assistance to the manufacturing plants for Mass Production concerning model evolution following Quality issues, and product/process adequation.
• Capitalize on experience and knowledge to identify and validate best practices that are necessary to evolve the mtier in competencies, tools, and methods.

Role & Responsibilities

Support manufacturing and production activities, assist in production planning, process improvement, quality monitoring, and shop floor operations. Experience & Qualification

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2021/2022 pass-outs preferred.
Freshers eligible for Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Manufacturing role.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production operations, engineering drawings, and quality practices.
