Role & Responsibilities

Plan material procurement and inventory to ensure smooth production. Coordinate with suppliers, PPC, Stores, and Quality teams. Manage SAP purchase orders, RFQs, MRP planning, and material schedules. Monitor supplier performance, inventory, and deliveries. Support vendor development, audits, cost reduction, and MIS reporting.

Experience & Qualification

Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering with 3–7 years of experience in Material Planning or Procurement. Knowledge of SAP, MRP, Vendor Management, Inventory Control, and MS Excel.

1. Responsible for overall operations on shop floor.

2. Verify operating procedures are followed by operations.

3. Ensure Proper record keeping and storage of production records.

4. Reporting of production - Production, Defects & Wastage

5. Able to do root cause analysis and identify corrective actions.

6. Able to identify the spares requirement for the process.

7. Production planning and staffing of processes to optimize manpower utilization.

8. Able to maintain material consumption records.

9. Material requisition for the products from stores.

10. Maintain product equipment history. Support improvement projects and any other company initiative.

11. To enhance process capability and reduce rejection.

12. Shift handling, Manpower handling, and duty reporting.

13. Troubleshooting

We are looking for an astute procurement planner to oversee procurement planning for multiple projects at a time. Must have experience in the project industry.

Major Roles Responsibilities: 

• Manage close alignment between Procurement lead and buyers for optimal sourcing execution. Maintaining procurement database (ordering delivery of items)for multiple projects.
• Drafting, controlling, and monitoring of Ordering schedule for Multiple projects in consultation with buyer project Managers and identifying the critical path.
• Drafting, controlling, and monitoring delivery schedules for Multiple projects in consultation with buyer project Managers and identifying the critical path.
• Regular interaction with all concerned teams, capturing the recording of critical issues and events. Presentation of critical issues to the Procurement Head for analysis and finalization of action path responsibility. Monitoring and implementation of required actions for critical issues.
• Close monitoring of actual project progress(for multiple projects), and assessment of the status of deliverables. Circulations of deviations for corrective measures along with information to the Procurement head.
• Assist to identify timelines, interfaces, and inter dependability of activities based on the mode of execution to ensure timely deliverables.
• Consultation with concerned teams to determine the alternate course of action for recovery of slipped schedules and modification of schedule accordingly.
• Early engagement with concerned teams and identification of project deliverables by the project timetable.
• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Good Presentation and communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist QMD Head (Site) in preparing Method Statements for various site activities and share approved documents with project team members.
• Coordinate with execution teams and other departments as per defined daily, weekly, and monthly execution plans.
• Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring and testing equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities related to materials, construction activities, and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate timely closure and disposal of non-conformities.
• Support periodic quality reviews with Project Manager and QMD In-charge through analysis of quality parameters.
• Assist in conducting ISO and customer audits at project sites.
• Perform receipt inspection of materials, equipment, and project items received at site.
• Support resolution of quality issues raised by clients, authorities, and internal project teams.
• Prepare MIS reports, analyze quality data, identify improvement areas, and coordinate with section heads for corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) as per approved procedures.
• Provide work clearance after completion of pre-checks and post-checks to ensure quality compliance.

Experience & Qualification

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Quality Engineering/QC in construction projects.
• Experience in High Rise Residential Building Projects with Mivan construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of Method Statements, ITP, ISO audits, material inspection, calibration, NCR handling, root cause analysis, and quality documentation.
