Job Description:
1) Daily visit to supplier end.
2) In-process Inspection at the supplier end.
3) Collect Gauges for the monthly calibration plan from the supplier.
4) Take inventory photos of assets from the supplier.
5) Fill PIR for all Shipments.
6) Material testing from Lab.
7) Daily reporting about work.
8) Submit the report on time.
9) 100% Segregate of Parts in the case of NC.
10) In-house Machining in-process inspection.
11) In-house machining 100% inspection for critical parameters.
12) Fill report as per daily visits. Candidate profile:
- Minimum Education (ITI) or Mechanical Diploma.
- Have his own two-wheeler.
- Having the capacity to report orally in Marathi.
- Must have good communication.
- Good team player.
- Time flexible and efficient.
- Stress resistant.
- Takes good initiative and displays a proactive attitude (Result oriented)
- Willing to travel across Maharashtra.
- Able to use quality instruments for inspection.
