Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage shop floor production operations and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes.
• Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain production records and documentation.
• Analyze production output, defects, and wastage reports to improve process performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Plan production activities, manpower allocation, and shift operations for optimum utilization.
• Maintain material consumption records and coordinate material requirements with stores.
• Maintain equipment history and support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Improve process capability, reduce rejection, and support continuous improvement activities.
• Handle troubleshooting, shift management, manpower coordination, and daily production reporting.

Experience & Qualification

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• Experience in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or Shop Floor Management.
• Knowledge of production processes, root cause analysis, process improvement, documentation, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
