To Achieve Schedule Production Plan Provided by PPC.
Maintain and update Production Realated Document Like Daily Production Report , Monthly Production Report, Production Summry, Dieunloading report.
To Knowledge of the Machine Parameter Setting.
TO make Material available at the machine as per production Plan in advance.
Motivation Of Manpower to Achieve Target and Improve Quality.
Reduce the Rejection With the help of Proper Working Process.
Maintain Discipline in the Shopfloor by 5S.
To Prepare Monthly Rework & rejection Data
Process Inspection as per Inspection Standards .
Troubleshooting of day to day Problem in Production Line.
Insure Proper Material Handling , House keeping & Daily M/ c Maintenance.
Knowledge of melting shop.
Knowledge of temp measuring instrument & measuring instrument.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Preference to candidates from Sheet Metal and Fabrication Unit
Should Have Good Knowledge of Production In Fabrication Dept.
Should be From Any Graduate With Mechanical , Any Diploma/
Have Good Knowledge of Production Activity
