Job Description
Knowledge/Skills Boilers, Heavy/Medium fabrication in pressure vessel, Heat, Exchanger, Boiler, Piping
- Experienced working in a pressure vessel/heat exchangers fabrication industry as a QA/QC Engineer
- Existing Supplier Quality Issue, New supplier Development
- Knowledge of ASME Code / Specification / Other client Requirements. Knowledge of Heavy Fabrication Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Piping Parts.
- ISO-QMS documents preparations
- Non-Destructive methods Level 2 in UT, LPT, RT Qualified by ASNT certificate Preferred
- Application experience of Kaizen and 6 sigma techniques preferable.
- Evaluating All Non-Conformity Implementing remedial actions. QA/QC Audit, Quality Certification Audit, Customer Audit.
- AWS or CSWIP 3.1 certified candidates are preferred
