Job Description

New client acquisition and Managing south region.
Scanning different sources in market for leads.
Generation of enquiries of chillers, package units, ventilation, HVAC or Electrical, F&F jobs.
Preparing quotations for the enquiries, submission, negotiation with client/ Facility Management of Client.
Maintain regular contact with different customers to ensure enquiries and job leads.
Exposure of sales of O&M / maintenance contracts with an established client base of multiple sites.

Qualifications & Skills:

2 to 5 years of relevant Customer Service Experience
Should have a BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
Should have knowledge on statutory rules and regulation regarding minimum wages/ PF/ ESI/ Leave of central Govt. as well as State Govt.
Should have knowledge on submitting E tender and participation on reverse auction of Govt tenders.
In depth knowledge on AC&R/ Electrical Service Industry or Facility management Companies in Delhi & NCR Territory will be preferred
