Job Description
We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage and improve manufacturing processes and ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor and control daily production activities.Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timeline.
Monitor machine utilization, manpower and material availability.
Identify and resolve production-related issues.
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Production teams.
Reduce production downtime, rejection and process losses.
Maintain production reports and records.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Understanding of CNC/VMC machines and shop-floor operations.
Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of quality control and process improvement.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation.
