Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service & Maintenance Engineer to handle installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and commissioning of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, servicing and preventive maintenance of MHE.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
Attend customer service calls and provide technical support.
Perform repairs, component replacements and machine commissioning.
Conduct equipment inspections and breakdown maintenance.
Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
Ensure equipment performance, safety and reliability at customer sites.

Required SkillsStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Breakdown maintenance and equipment repair.
Ability to independently diagnose technical issues.
Good customer handling and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Ideal CandidateITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Self-motivated and technically strong.
Customer-focused with good communication skills.
Comfortable with field service work.
Willing to travel extensively.
