Job Title: VMC Setter
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled VMC Setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires a strong understanding of machine tool operations and CNC machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve manufacturing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in CNC machining and machine tool operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining and machine tool operation is required.
