QMS Engineer – Quality Management System

Job Description

 Polyvion Cables Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a QMS Engineer to assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS). The candidate will support quality documentation, internal audits, process compliance, and continuous improvement activities in a manufacturing environment.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
  
• Prepare and maintain quality documents, records, and reports.
  
• Support internal audits, process documentation, and compliance activities.
  
• Conduct quality inspections and support process improvement initiatives.
  
• Maintain quality reports, checklists, and audit documentation.
  
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  
• Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Follow company quality procedures, work instructions, and applicable ISO requirements.
  

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes.
  
• Good communication and documentation skills.
  
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
