Job Description

Mahakoshal Refractories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join its engineering and manufacturing team. The selected candidate will support mechanical design, production operations, maintenance coordination, troubleshooting, and process improvement to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and improve mechanical components, equipment, and systems.
  
• Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, and engineering documentation.
  
• Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
  
• Analyse equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
