Job Description

Gallantt Cement Plant is looking for an experienced Mechanical Manager / Senior Manager to oversee mechanical maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure smooth plant operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage mechanical maintenance of Vertical Roller Mills (VRM) and other cement plant equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance, reliability, and availability.
• Oversee maintenance of VRM components, bearings, lubrication systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare performance reports.
