In this role you will be an individual contributor, working under general supervision, & reporting to a Service Delivery Manager - Customer service operations. In this role you will be working in partnership with many key stakeholders, You will need to possess a high level of collaboration, engagement, and leadership skills. We believe you have a logical approach and are methodical in your commitment to troubleshooting system problems. We believe you have Develop technically Basic Engineering Approach, Maintenance/Service, Troubleshooting, and installation/Commissioning with Mechatronics (Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical, Automation) approach. Deliver customer training/Coaching Peers or junior colleagues. Participate in an understanding of Automation Software. Daily Communication and site status updates with internal and external stakeholders. Good closure and alignment with customers by securing MOM post-completion of every activity.

Responsibilities:

• Interfaces with NPME, Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians, and Quality teams to develop optimal operation sequences for parts and assemblies.
• Identifies key areas for product improvements and coordinates with other engineering functions to implement changes.
• Work closely with manufacturing operations management to prioritize areas for OMS/manufacturing documentation improvements.
• Work closely with the manufacturing floor to solve the build issue and coordinate with the offshore team to complete assembly documents.
• Makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
• Participates in New Product Builds & Champions issue resolution. Determines root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and/or test of systems; provides Long-term corrective action.
• Perform time study to measure/record time for production processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project in progress and/or the specific goals of the department in which the incumbent works.

Engineering Design: Develop detailed design plans for storage tanks and pressure vessels. Apply engineering principles and best practices to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards. Utilize AutoCAD Inventor Software to create 3D models and generate accurate engineering drawings. Experience with Standards: Familiarize yourself with API ASME standards related to storage tanks and pressure vessels and incorporate them into design processes. Thoroughly understand and apply ASME codes and standards to the design and manufacturing processes. Review and verify that designs comply with relevant ASME regulations to guarantee safety and quality. Software Expertise: Utilize COMPRESS software to analyze pressure vessels. AutoCAD Inventor to create 3D models and engineering drawings. Exposure to PLEX ERP software to manage and track engineering data, project progress, and documentation is an added advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in engineering design, preferably in the energy sector or metal fabrication industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor Software for 3D modeling and drafting. Plant3D familiarity is a plus. Expertise in using COMPRESS software for pressure vessel analysis. Familiarity with PLEX ERP software for managing engineering data and project information is added advantage. Knowledge of API standards related to storage tanks and pressure vessels.
