Hands on - Breakdown Maintenance of machines (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic) Hands on - Preventive Maintenance - Plan & action Hands on - Operation & Maintenance of DG sets, Air Compressor, WTP plant, ext. Machine installation / shifting activities. Maintain Spares MSL & manage inventory Kaizen, Improvement activities. Required qualifications, skills, and experiences: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering with 1 to 7 years of experience. Day to day breakdown maintenance: Should conversant in Mechanical-Hydraulic-Pneumatic system; experience in CNC Shearing & Bending machines, Oven, Cranes, gear boxes, machines-motors-pumps assembly, hydraulic fault-finding ext. Planning & execution of Preventive maintenance of production machines & utilities, maintain Spares MSL. Conversant in machine shifting, new machine installation (planning & execution) & layout preparation. Should versatile in operation & maintenance of DG set, Screw compressor & water treatment plants. Working of IMS documents will be added advantage. Strong team player & able to handle the team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Role & Responsibilities Manage shop floor production operations and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes. Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain production records and documentation. Analyze production output, defects, and wastage reports to improve process performance. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues. Plan production activities, manpower allocation, and shift operations for optimum utilization. Maintain material consumption records and coordinate material requirements with stores. Maintain equipment history and support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives. Improve process capability, reduce rejection, and support continuous improvement activities. Handle troubleshooting, shift management, manpower coordination, and daily production reporting. Experience & Qualification Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering. Experience in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or Shop Floor Management. Knowledge of production processes, root cause analysis, process improvement, documentation, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience in automotive simulation, vehicle performance, Climate Control and thermal management Strong basic knowledge in Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer and Multi-phase flows Strong knowledge in CFD fundamentals Perform 1D system simulations using GT Suite to analyze and optimize vehicle performance, Climate control and thermal management systems. Develop new methodologies and handover to program team for day-to-day simulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and develop simulation models accordingly. Utilize your expertise in automotive simulation to evaluate system dynamics, energy consumption, emissions, and overall efficiency. Analyze simulation results and provide engineering recommendations to enhance product performance and meet regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met. Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices in automotive simulation and thermal management to drive continuous improvement. Support team requirements and delivery from other vehicle groups.
