Role & Responsibilities Manage daily production operations, assign work, supervise production staff, ensure workplace safety, monitor packing activities, maintain production records, prepare work schedules, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure smooth equipment operation. Experience & Qualification Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 1–5 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing. Knowledge of production planning, machine operations, safety practices, troubleshooting, and team supervision.

1. Developing and implementing quality standards for various products and services. 2. Developing and implementing quality control systems. 3. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance. 4. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met, working with the production and technical team. 5. Collaborating with the project, lifecycle, Sales, and other key managers to develop and implement controls and improvements. 6. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations. 7. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues. 8. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. 9. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes. Requirements: 1. Degree in quality, industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering. 2. Any quality management certification preferred. 3. 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent project management skills.

Engage directly with customers to provide 2D/REVIT drawings using various tools including but not limited to AutoCAD and REVIT. Review documentation and details provided by the customer to convert to meaningful audio-visual flow diagrams and architectural drawings set. Estimate labor required to perform drafting work based on the information provided by the customer. Build and maintain a library of blocks and details using AutoCAD/REVIT for internal AV use as well as specific customer requirements. Keep up to date on various audio visual products in the market and provide feedback and input to team members on roadmap requirements and product direction. Communicate with clients by email and phone and maintain turnaround times and deadlines set by the customers. Collect customer feedback, enhancements and feature requests and disseminate findings to team leaders in order to continuously improve our product offerings. Participates in team meetings for education and product strategies. Attends tradeshows and marketing events as needed. Desired candidate profile Pleasing personality with a strong ambition to have fun while working is a must. If you can be productive while having fun, well, that will be an added advantage. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred but not required

Keep the machine running and solve/ fix the machine problem to daily support production. To attend CNC machines for all types of breakdowns, inhouse repairs of FANUC System cards, Control General problem analysis with electrical/mechanical knowledge and report the machine problem to the engineer/ team leader. Related tasks are implemented on time and with high efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain preventive maintenance system and supervision of implementation. Define preventive maintenance plans/tasks for the team and report the TPM result. Create TPM maintenance working instructions for each piece of equipment. Approve the tools/ fixtures Provide support and guidance to technicians during maintenance. Typical equipment fault analysis and solution, problem shooting with hydraulic, Program Logic Controller (PLC), Numeric Control (NC) know-how. Cooperate with maintenance technicians in diagnosing root causes of breakdowns and stoppages. Analyze breakdowns to eliminate reoccurrence. Key Professional Competencies : Good knowledge of electrics, pneumatic, and mechanics in maintenance. Safety awareness and knowledge on identifying/eliminating machine safety risk Risk-based thinking ability. Maintenance skill training for technician Manage and optimize spare part management.
