• Executes Material Flow projects covering warehouse planning, material replenishment, inventory management, material presentation, containing planning and design activities.
• Works in alignment with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Management to define optimal line side quantity and lead implementation of preferred material replenishment strategies to support continuous improvement in material availability at point of use.
• Identifies, analyzes, and impBachelor s Degree in mechanical engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering with 5 years of experience in Material Handling Design PFEP, Material Flow design and Static Simulation, Logistics process design and equipment, Kitting and Sequencing Knowledge, Material Presentation, Dock analysis, Storage Analysis, Workplace Integration, Station layout, Kitting Cell Design, Workstation layouts in 2D / 3D. lements improvement ideas related to productivity, efficiency, time and quality.
• Participates and contributes in smart material flow solution initiatives.
• Work on Warehouse operations as well as Warehouse planning and design activities
• To Work on Inventory Management, Replenishment strategies, Container planning and design.

• Role & Responsibilities

  Manage daily production operations, assign work, supervise production staff, ensure workplace safety, monitor packing activities, maintain production records, prepare work schedules, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure smooth equipment operation.

  Experience & Qualification

  Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  1–5 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing.
  Knowledge of production planning, machine operations, safety practices, troubleshooting, and team supervision.

Requirements:

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent project management skills.

• Role and responsibility Techno Commercial assessment of Various Electrical Items such as LT/HT Panels, UPS, DG, Bus Duct, Lights, Cables, Cable Tray, Fire Alarm Systems, Panel Flooding Systems,
• Preparation of Vendor and Technical submittal of Electrical Items
• Pre-Bidding estimations, Compilation of Techno Commercial offers
• Onboarding of Vendors for Major/Minor sundry materials
• Conducting Factory Acceptance Test, FAT Report
• Delivering Technical Presentation to Clients for Approvals of Selected VendorsRole & responsibilities

• Keep the machine running and solve/ fix the machine problem to daily support production.
• To attend CNC machines for all types of breakdowns, inhouse repairs of FANUC System cards, Control
• General problem analysis with electrical/mechanical knowledge and report the machine problem to the engineer/ team leader.
• Related tasks are implemented on time and with high efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain preventive maintenance system and supervision of implementation.
• Define preventive maintenance plans/tasks for the team and report the TPM result.
• Create TPM maintenance working instructions for each piece of equipment.
• Approve the tools/ fixtures Provide support and guidance to technicians during maintenance.
• Typical equipment fault analysis and solution, problem shooting with hydraulic, Program Logic Controller (PLC), Numeric Control (NC) know-how.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians in diagnosing root causes of breakdowns and stoppages.
• Analyze breakdowns to eliminate reoccurrence.
