Responsibilities

Environmental Management System ISO14001:

• Propose Ecodesign yearly commitment and work plan
• Propose and follow eco design dashboard for solutions/products
• Contribute to EMS and its processes.
• Realise compliance assessment

Ecodesign Referential : Deploy and apply eco design referential in T&P, R&D, Expertise activities

T&P main missions

• Ensure Ecodesign expertise for local platform, subsystems, tenders and projects
• Perform Ecodesign activities on tenders (contractual and legal requirements analysis and positioning)
• Prepare Ecodesign management plan and specifications (train, compo or signalling level)
• Participate to design (train, compo or signalling level) in order to insure achievement of eco design commitments
• (Participate to relevant DR and GR meeting, propose corrective actions and risk mitigation plan)
• Realise and update Eco design studies until delivery of the last train
• Implement relevant Eco design R&D and CCN results in projects

R&D main missions ( if assigned to R&D missions)

• Propose, lead and manage R&D actions in the context of product improvement and/or methodologies for Ecodesign within QCD commitment.
• Develop innovative methodologies to be applied as a standard in the design process of products and solutions.

Expertise continuous improvement main missions

• Propose & Support Eco design managers and CCN leader for updating and developing ecodesign referential Propose and support Ecodesign referent and CCN leader with continuous REX to improve the relevant methodologies
• Report to Ecodesign Managers and CCN leaders burning issues (technical or methodological)
• Ensure training & awareness actions to non-Eco design people and/or to Ecodesign engineer

Competencies & Skills

• International Standards and Regulation knowledge for environmental issues (hazardous substances, environmental communication, energy efficiency, end-of-life )
• Skills in environmental assessment (LCA, bilan carbone ) and related tool
• Good communication skills, pro-activity, team working
• English conversational/writing/reading advanced level mandatory

• Master s in Design Engineering / Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in New Product Design and Development of compressor or any other rotating machines applied primarily in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or any other applications with Hands on experience in handling design activities with understanding of the manufacturing processes, mid to complex projects demanding high proficiency in Mechanical Design/Structural design.
• Strong analytical Design skills in Structural/Machine design Engineering and Hands on Theoretical engineering calculations
• Very keen on Creativity and Innovation and self-motivated to drive innovation.
• Proficient in applying the technical understanding and design principles to the product design and should be able to correlate with actual product design - with an understanding of the dimensional aspect s with respect to the manufacturing tolerances and processes.
• Familiar with design for manufacturing (DFM) and Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and typical assembly and fabrication methods with some emphasis on comprehension of current practices.
• Experience in manufacturing process ability to corelate manufacturing requirements with design is must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; Well conversant with presentation through MS tools and experience of presentation

Key Responsibilities

• Individual Contributor - handle design projects making up to resolve the design challenges and represent the same in CAD and work on component design and analytical calculations.
• Responsible to meet the project expectations.
• Provide design proposals with proper consideration of manufacturing processes and tolerances
• Perform Design calculations (thermal, machine design fluid mechanics) Independently.
• Verify functionality / correctness / manufacturability for new design component and product Design
• Work with various engineering teams to execute the projects in the areas of product development, cost reduction and Technology projects

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with 10–12 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing and production operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, manpower utilization and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and control daily production activities.
